Terms of Use

This site has been created to offer you maximum flexibility in learning through online, self-paced courses. The entire site is set up to enable you to register, enrol and complete courses without external assistance and has been priced accordingly. Please therefore be aware that we do not offer dedicated facilitator time as part of the course. We will, of course, attempt to provide timely answers to queries placed on the forums, but offer this as a value add rather than a core component of the training. Should you require further assistance with the content, we are happy to discuss further training options, coaching and consulting.

In a similar vein to the above, we will attempt to assist you with any technical difficulties you may have accessing the course content, but do not offer a dedicated help desk service.

Finally, please note that all enrollments are subject to a time limit. Unless otherwise specified in the course, this limit is 90 days from the date of enrollment. If you don't complete the course or Contact us for an extension within this time frame, you will be automatically unenrolled.
