Q: How much do these courses cost?

A: The cost of each course is listed on the course contents page. Typically, our standard courses cost AUD 499 (plus GST if you are purchasing from within Australia)

 

Q: Do I get a discount if I enrol in more than one course?

A: At the moment, we don’t offer discounts for multiple courses, but we are hoping to offer that in future.

 

Q: Can I get a discount for multiple people enrolling in the same course?

A: If you wish to enrol three or more people in the same course, contact us to find out your discount price.

 

Q: Do you accept payment by credit card?

A: We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal payment system. No Paypal account is required if you wish to pay by credit card.

 

Q: Can you invoice me for payment?

A: Yes, we can. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method. Unfortunately, however, you won’t be able to access your training course until payment has been received.

 

Q: I am not based in Australia. Can I still enrol in your courses?

A: Absolutely! The internet knows no boundaries. You can take our courses from anywhere in the world there is an internet connection.

 

Q: Are your courses available in languages other than English?

A: Not yet. But let us know if you have a desire to complete a course in a language other than English. We are happy to consider translating the courses to other languages, depending on demand.

 

Q: How long do I get to complete the course?

A: By default, you get three months to complete each course. This is generally more than ample time, but if you are having trouble and wish to extend the expiry date, contact us, and we will generally grant you an extension of time.

 

Q: Do I get a certificate when I complete the course?

A: Yes. On successful completion of the final assessment exercise on each of our courses you will be able to print a Certificate of Completion.

 

Q: Are your courses externally accredited?

A: Our Asset Management courses are endorsed by the Institute of Asset Management. If you provide us with your IAM member number, we can issue you with an official certificate of completion, endorsed by the IAM. All of our courses are designed to provide you with skills and knowledge that may assist you to receive formal qualifications from the IAM, the Asset Management Council or the SMRP, but we do not offer these qualifications. All of these organisations have their own assessment processes and we make no guarantee that completion of our courses will provide you with all of the skills required to obtain those qualifications.

 

Q: Will your courses work on my Apple device (iPad, iPhone)?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our course videos use Flash for delivery, and this is not supported by Apple devices.

 

Q: I am having technical difficulties using the site. How do I get help?

A: Please contact us letting us know the details of the issues you are having and we will respond to you within 24 hours (or within 72 hours over weekends) and try to assist you as best we can.

 

Q: Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the course?

A: We are confident that you will find the course totally to your satisfaction, but If, within 7 days of purchase, you aren’t happy with the course for any reason (and you haven’t completed the course and printed the certificate of completion), contact us and we will be happy to refund you in full. Of course, if you are having technical difficulties and we cannot resolve them with you then we will also provide you a full refund at any time.
